OpenDark v1.11

Small 1.11 update :

• PDF/X-1a normalized (with no transparencey in .png images)
• Finally, I don't bother anymore making different files for pdf and POD, so the pdf includes bleed around the page, and the cover is a separate file

• smaller font for footnotes beneath tables

• slight changes of illustration size

• Slight change of the text : "Except the text of the Open Gaming License itself, all this document is designated Open Content under the terms of the Open Gaming License."
